Last updated 7 October 2026

This website is operated by Bourn Capital Group Ltd (“BCG”, “we” or “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14807062. Our registered office is C/O Bulpitt Crocker Taxation Limited, Tayfield House, 38 Poole Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH4 9DW, United Kingdom.

BCG is a private commercial finance house. We actively trade in niche UK real estate debt markets using exclusively internal treasury funds. We lend our own proprietary capital; we do not solicit deposits or manage third-party funds.

This website provides general information about our commercial lending activities. It is not an offer or commitment to lend, a facility agreement, or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Sending an enquiry does not create a lending commitment or a client relationship.

Any indicative approval, pricing or execution timetable is subject to our assessment, due diligence, security requirements and separate written transaction documents. You should take appropriate professional advice before entering a transaction.

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes and retain reasonable copies of its content for your own reference. Do not misrepresent your identity, submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website or its security controls.

When submitting an enquiry, provide accurate information and only share information you are entitled to disclose. Do not send passwords, identity documents, bank account details or sensitive personal information through the initial enquiry form.

We or our licensors own the rights in the website’s content, branding and design. Keep any copyright or ownership notices when making permitted copies. Other reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

We take reasonable care in preparing this website but do not guarantee that all information will remain current, complete or suitable for your circumstances. We may update or suspend the website. External links are provided for reference; the linked organisation is responsible for its own content and policies.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by reliance on general website information instead of transaction-specific advice or documentation, or for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunities or anticipated savings arising from use of this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not restrict any mandatory statutory rights.

Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie policy explains cookies and similar technologies.

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version here. The terms in force when you use the website apply to that use. They do not amend any separate agreement with us.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.

For questions about these terms, use our enquiry form or write to our registered office.
